1. Returns & Exchanges

If your purchase didn’t work out — no stress.
You may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original condition

  • With packaging and accessories included (if applicable)

Just email us at Info@everline-global.com with your order number and reason for return.


2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.


3. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different variant, size, or style — we’re happy to assist.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened (for example: personal care and food items, if applicable).

If this applies, it will be clearly noted on the product page.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items (Our Bad)

If your order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — we will fix the issue at no cost to you.
Send us a message with a photo and your order number, and we’ll handle it quickly.


6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer covers return shipping.

  • If the return is due to our mistake or product defect, we cover the shipping.
